Price Match Guarantee
At GSF Car Parts, we want you to shop with complete confidence and we would never knowingly overprice our products. We pride ourselves on being competitively priced and regularly review our prices to ensure we’re competitive against other retailers. Although we make every effort to ensure low and fair pricing, we know that this may not always be the case, which is why we’re offering a Price Match, if you find the same item cheaper from an eligible UK retailer within 7 days after you’ve bought from us, we’ll refund the difference.
How It Works
To qualify for a price match, the item must be identical to the one purchased (the same brand, model or part number, full specification, and sold as new with a UK manufacturer warranty). The competitor must be a UK‑based retailer with the item in stock and able to ship to your postcode at the time of your claim. We compare the competitor’s total delivered price, including VAT and the cheapest available delivery options for your location. Any marketplaces, second-hand products and discount codes are not included in the price match.

1. Eligibility
1.1. Applies to identical new products (brand, model/part number, specification, condition) with UK manufacturer warranty. 1.2. Competitor must be a UK‑based, VAT‑registered retailer selling direct to consumers, with the item in stock for immediate dispatch to your postcode. 1.3. Eligible competitors include their official online storefronts. Marketplaces and third‑party sellers are excluded. 1.4. We compare the total delivered price including VAT and shipping. Optional extras, warranties, loyalty points, cashback, coupon codes and similar incentives are excluded.
2. Verification
2.1. A live URL showing the price, stock status, and delivery cost is required. 2.2. Screenshots alone cannot be accepted. 2.3. If the competitor’s price changes during verification, we use the current verified price.
3. Timing
3.1. Post‑purchase only: Claims can be submitted within 7 calendar days from your original order date. 3.2. Pre‑purchase price matching is not available.
4. Exclusions
4.1. Clearance, used, refurbished or open‑box items, or bundles where contents differ. 4.2. Voucher codes, multibuy offers, loyalty points, gift card promotions, student/Blue Light schemes, staff discounts and non‑public pricing. 4.3. Non‑UK retailers, overseas fulfilment, drop shippers shipping from abroad, or delivery locations we cannot serve.
5. Scope & Limits
5.1. One price match per item purchased; limits may apply on high‑demand items. 5.2. We may compare against an equivalent delivery method where speeds differ significantly.
6. Fair Use & Rights
6.1. We may decline a request where verification is not possible, the price appears to be a genuine error, or where terms are being misused. 6.2. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this policy at any time. Approved matches remain honoured.
6.3. Our staff have the right to refuse any Price Match queries that are deemed unsuitable. Their decision is final and cannot be disputed.

Do you match prices before I buy?
No. Our Price Match Guarantee applies after you’ve made your purchase, providing you contact us within 7 days of purchase.
What counts as an “eligible” competitor?
An eligible competitor must be:
A UK‑based, VAT‑registered retailer
Selling directly to consumers
Offering the exact same item new and in stock. Marketplaces (Amazon/eBay), private sellers, auction sites, trade‑only stores, and overseas retailers do not qualify.
What do you mean by “same item”?
The product must match in every way:
Brand
Model/part number
Specifications
Condition (must be new)
Includes the same UK manufacturer warranty
Used, refurbished, open‑box or clearance items don’t qualify.
How do you calculate the price match?
We compare the competitor’s total delivered price, which includes:
Product price (including VAT)
Cheapest available delivery to your postcode
We don’t include loyalty points, promo codes, cashback, or optional add‑ons.
What’s excluded from the Price Match Guarantee?
We cannot match:
Clearance or distressed stock
Trade‑only or membership‑only pricing
Flash sales

How do I make a price match claim?

What if the competitor changes their price?
If the price changes during verification, we’ll use the current live price shown at that time, unfortunately we cannot use screenshots to verify prices.
Can I submit multiple claims?
You can submit one price match per item purchased. Limits may apply to high‑demand products.
